Eligible for Exchange

  • Only unused and unworn items are eligible.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Size Exchange

  • If you need a different size, the shipping cost for both return and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the product in its original condition, the replacement size will be dispatched.
